Job Title and Location
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Australian team within our Legal Technology and Operations (LT+O) practice group. This position is based in Sydney, Australia, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and improve complex applications within the framework's constraints.
2. Maintain existing applications in collaboration with the team and clients.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
4. Acquire and maintain strong business domain knowledge and current best practices.
5. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
6. Install various software according to installation packs.
7. Upgrade systems and processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming.
* Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services.
* Understanding of Windows Operating System.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
* Ability to think broadly and consider the wider context.
* Effective workload management and delivery skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, business, and management teams.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships.
* Flexibility to adapt to change and learn new skills as needed.
