Project Overview
Genus Infrastructure (NSW)has been awarded the HumeLink East project as part of a $1.4 billion joint venture with Acciona. The project involves constructing 237 km of 500 kV transmission lines between Bannaby and Wondalga in NSW, along with upgrades to the Bannaby substation. It forms the eastern section of the broader HumeLink initiative.
HumeLink East will enhance grid capacity, support Snowy 2.0, and enable greater integration of renewable energy across the state, playing a key role in Australia's clean energy transition.
Construction began in early 2025, with completion targeted for The project will generate around 1,600 jobs and includes $2 million in local community funding, with strong commitments to environmental management and stakeholder engagement.
Role Overview
As the Site Administrator for the HumeLink East 500kV Transmission Line Project, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Goulburn site. This position is part of the Bannaby Substation Team, responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication between site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
You will be the central point of contact for site logistics, compliance records, and operational support, contributing to the successful delivery of one of Australia's most critical energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site administrative support to project and construction teams.
* Manage documentation, timesheets, permits, and compliance records.
* Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site access.
* Organise and oversee travel itineraries for workforce staff to ensure timely and efficient site access.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements.
About you
* Previous experience in site administration within construction or infrastructure projects or similar/transferable industry
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
* Knowledge of WHS and compliance processes is highly regarded.
