Salary Range – $75,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities
Plan and design menus in consultation with management, considering seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Estimate food and labour costs, monitor kitchen budgets, and manage food supply ordering and stock control.
Oversee the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Discuss food preparation methods and workflow with managers, dietitians, kitchen, and front-of-house staff.
Demonstrate and supervise cooking techniques, providing guidance on procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare and cook meals across a variety of cuisines, including catering to dietary and allergy requirements.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and enforce workplace health and safety protocols.
