Sales Professional - Cyber Security Solutions

Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to sell cyber security solutions? We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Australia, based in Canberra. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and selling cyber security solutions to large and mid-sized clients.

About the Opportunity:

* You will work with a broad team of pre-sales solution consultants to manage a defined territory and lead with business value to engage both new and existing clients.
* Your software portfolio will include a combination of SaaS and on-premises solutions.
* You will have a strong network of client contacts at all levels within enterprise organizations.

What it Takes:

* At least 5 years of proven software SaaS or license sales experience with a demonstrable track record of over-achievement and new business wins.
* Directly related previous work experience is a definite plus, particularly in application security, IAM, DevSecOps, or content security solutions.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Orchestrating Teams and Partners:

* You will work effectively with partners to drive additional revenue and expand sales coverage.

Good Sales Hygiene:

* Provides accurate revenue forecasting and ensures the CRM system is always up-to-date.

Taking Ownership:

* You will take ownership of pipeline creation, progression, and closure, ensuring sufficient coverage of the target market.

Foster Relationships:

* Builds trust with clients by acting authentically and with integrity.

Strategic Planning:

* Demonstrates a structured, methodical approach to building and executing annual sales plans.

Value-Based Selling:

* Identifies key drivers of value for the customer and develops unique value propositions.

Closing Deals:

* Continuous qualification while progressing the opportunity to close.

Leveraging Technology:

* Expertise in following a sales methodology, territory management, account development, and opportunity management.
