$250,000 - $275,000 + Super + Bonus
Are you an experienced HR, People & Culture and OHS Manager?
Would you like to sit in a number one role reporting to the CEO?
We have been engaged by a leading Australian Food manufacturing business, as they look to appoint a General Manager to head up their People & Culture, HR and OHS teams. Reporting to the CEO you will have 10 Direct reports across Head office and site based roles, and will hold full responsibility for providing strategic direction, high-level leadership and guidance in all aspects of Human Resource Management, both at the organisational and department level to maximise the business performance and profitability.
Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Learning and Development. Develop, implement and champion sustainable and cohesive Human Resources strategies and policies to support the achievement of the Company's strategic targets.
- Introduce a new Performance Management System
- Negotiate site EBA's in line with strategy
- Maintain company culture and values
- Introduce a robust succession planning process
You will have:
- Sound leadership and general management experience in particular, leading senior managers
- Experience with providing advice to senior management on Human Resource management and general issues and results.
- Extensive experience in industrial/employee relations in a large organisation
- Experience in the food manufacturing sector will be advantageous although any manufacturing/FMCG experience will be considered.
