Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to manage our accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions. The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience and confidence in AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and bank transactions.
* Handle payroll processing and compliance.
* Prepare and support business activity statements and income tax assessments.
* Complete journals, prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Support group-wide cash flow and profit and loss reporting.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting systems like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, and be proficient in using financial software to perform tasks efficiently.
