The Role
* Join the Senior Management team and play a key role in driving success
* Manage your own tailored portfolio, aligned with your experience
* Lead and oversee three Property Managers, each with their own portfolio
* Inspire, motivate, and lead by example to foster team success
* Implement and oversee strategies, systems, and procedures to optimise performance
* Ensure KPIs are consistently achieved across the department
* Handle and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with your team and clients
* Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and targeted training where needed
The Candidate
* Previous experience in Property Management or as a Department Head (perfect opportunity for a Property Manager ready to step up!)
* Motivated, innovative, and driven to succeed
* Skilled in conflict resolution, with strong experience handling NCAT and tribunal matters
* Holds a current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate License preferred)
