Job Title: Fertiliser Sales Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fertiliser Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of advanced fertiliser solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
* Provide technical agronomic support to growers on product use, nutrition strategies and field trials.
* Engage with distributors, dealers and key account stakeholders.
* Monitor local market trends, competitor activity and agronomic insights.
* Collaborate across supply chain, marketing and R&D teams to feedback field insight.
* Report on sales performance, forecasts and opportunities to senior leadership.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Agronomy, Plant Science or related discipline, minimum 3-5 years experience in fertilisers, agronomy or crop inputs sales, and strong technical aptitude, commercial focus and excellent communication skills.

* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in fertilisers, agronomy or crop inputs sales.
* Demonstrated ability to manage grower relationships and technical advice.
* Strong territory planning, forecasting and target delivery skills.
* Self-motivation, resilience and the ability to travel within assigned regions.
* Valid driver's licence (4WD capability preferred).
