**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a portfolio of clients within the retail sector
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
**What you'll need**:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within agency or the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and experience with recruitment databases
