THE ROLE As the Nurse Unit Manager - Mental Health you will lead the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
Your role will involve managing human and material resources, monitoring clinical indicators, and driving continuous improvement within your unit.
You will also play a key role in staff development, mentoring, and fostering an innovative culture that promotes excellence in clinical practice.
