Job Description

This Logistics Admin / Inside Sales Support role sits within a close knit, high-performing team. With strong tenure across the group, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where your contributions will make a direct impact and you can grow your career.

Key responsibilities include:


* Responding to and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
* Building strong client relationships through exceptional service
* Providing accurate quotations, processing orders, and advising on delivery schedules
* Following up on quotes, order acknowledgements, invoicing, and delivery details
* Learning and sharing product knowledge confidently
* Proactively anticipating customer needs
* Handling import/export operations and shipping logistics
* Collaborating with supply chain, sales, and other departments
* Coordinating with third-party logistics providers for customs clearance and inventory management
* Supporting sales reps with quotes, stock checks, contracts, deliveries, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inside Sales professional should have:

* Previous experience in sales support or logistics
* An understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams.
* Proficiency in using software and tools for data management.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A problem solving mindset to address challenges proactively.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
