We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our rehabilitation team in Perth or Bunbury. This role offers a flexible hybrid working environment, allowing you to balance work and personal life.
Our organization delivers best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and wellbeing services nationwide. We collaborate with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across various schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life, and CTP insurance.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive. You will guide them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Actively managing your client portfolio with commitment and care
2. Establishing collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to overcome challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
3. Conducting a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
4. Contributing to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
* Managing your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office, and from home
You must have:
5. Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
6. Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle or one of our vehicle perks
To succeed in this role, you will need:
7. Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable but not essential)
8. Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
