We are seeking a senior professional to join our Australian Property and Casualty Broking/Placement team, managing placement requirements and developing new markets. The candidate will assist in converting prospects, identifying market opportunities, and retaining clients.
The Role In Detail
* Advise clients on the best access points for key insurers, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal results.
* Balance placements between markets to achieve sustainability and optimum pricing, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
* Set and drive broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors, servicers, and advocates, driving business growth and expansion.
The Key Requirements For Success
* Strong market advocacy skills and client/carrier relationship development, enabling effective communication and partnership building.
* Considerable experience in Property and Casualty broking and servicing of complex clients, supported by relevant qualifications and commercial acumen, driving informed decision-making.
* In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty products and classes enables exceptional service delivery, meeting client needs and expectations.
