We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead end to end supply chain operations across inbound, fulfillment, freight, and store delivery.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving key performance metrics, and building strong partnerships across internal teams, 3PL providers, and external carriers. You will play a key role in driving service levels, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
* Oversee inbound operations across 3PL partners, including Toll and DSL
* Ensure inbound KPIs are consistently achieved, investigating and resolving exceptions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate inbound forecasts and manage volume flow
* Monitor performance and drive accountability with both internal teams and external partners
Fulfillment Operations
* Manage daily fulfillment execution across 3PL providers
* Ensure outbound KPIs are met, including service levels, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines
* Maintain system integrity through regular ERP and WMS data management
* Coordinate wholesale customer requirements and value added services VAS
* Act as the escalation point for operational issues impacting outbound flow
* Partner with stakeholders to develop accurate fulfillment forecasts
Outbound Freight Management
* Manage relationships with transport providers and carrier networks
* Oversee delivery performance metrics including DOT and DIFOT
* Drive cost and service optimisation through contract management and RFP processes
Additional Responsibilities
* Coordinate fulfillment and delivery for new store openings
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
* Build and maintain strong cross functional and external relationships
* Provide regular reporting, insights, and operational planning to the wider business
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
* Demonstrated success managing 3PL providers and carrier networks
* Strong forecasting, reporting, and KPI management capability
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
* Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferably AP21
