We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Specialist to lead the implementation of effective monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance and risk outcomes.
This role is responsible for embedding best-practice compliance across the organisation, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations, corporate planning, and reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organisation, providing advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework
* Monitor and report on compliance and risk outcomes
* Provide advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff
* Develop strategies to address non-compliance and high-risk matters
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Commerce, Law, Business, Risk Management, Governance or related discipline
* Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk, fraud or complaints management
* Minimum of five (5) year leadership experience
* Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies in complex compliance roles
* Strong judgement and decision-making skills, with experience working in politically sensitive environments
