About The Opportunity The Digital Product Owner plays a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and governance of the BreastScreen NSW website. This role sits within the Social Marketing and Campaigns team and collaborates closely with the BreastScreen NSW Program and Information Management & Technology (IM&T) teams. The Digital Product Owner ensures the website continues to meet user needs, organisational goals, and digital best practices. The role will support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of projects within the Social Marketing and Campaigns team to support the NSW Cancer Plan. The role will manage and optimise the BreastScreen NSW website, ensuring it remains accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with branding, paid and organic search activity, accessibility, and performance standards. The role supports content editors and page owners and coordinates enhancements and maintain governance frameworks for digital content and functionality. Demonstrated experience using a Content Management System (CMS) (e.g. Optimizely) to update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and application of high digital standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Demonstrated experience in project management and management of internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Demonstrated experience delivering digital projects including implementation, management and optimization of websites, SEO and SEM. Demonstrated social media experience, including content planning, community management and media optimization. Experience in the delivery of public health related communications will be highly regarded.
