This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to exceed our customers' expectations. You will be working from our Truganina depot to ensure the smooth and efficient scheduling of our specialised fleet and allocation of labour to match our client's needs for multiple depots.
About the Role:
* Responsible for the scheduling of a fleet of trucks/vans/robots and professional drivers
* Liaise with clients and debrief drivers and crews to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completed
* Ensure all employee licenses and inductions are maintained.
* Responsible for booking and scheduling of employee training.
* Ensure maximum client satisfaction and day to day problem solving
* Prompt answering of numerous inbound calls and emails providing a high level of customer service
* Responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors involved in scheduled works, including accommodation and transport where applicable.
About you:
* Previous experience in coordinating or scheduling (similar industries highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
* A solutions‐focused mindset with exceptional communication skills
* Confidence working with drivers, managers, and clients
* Strong administrative and computer skills with excellent attention to detail
