About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised
Digital Marketing Support
professional to join our Group Marketing team, based in Brisbane or Melbourne. This early-career digital marketing role supports campaigns, events, and digital activity across Davidson, ensuring everything we deliver is on brand, on time, and aligned to our values.
Working closely with the Senior Manager - Marketing, you will coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks, help deliver high-quality events and webinars, and support our digital engagement across Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and other platforms. You will play an important role in translating marketing strategy into execution, supporting lead generation, engagement and measurable campaign outcomes across the Group.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating campaigns, events and webinars, including invitations, registrations, stakeholder communications and post-event follow up
* Supporting email marketing, social media and web content updates in line with Davidson's tone of voice and brand guidelines
* Maintaining accurate contact, campaign and engagement data in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
* Tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance, using insights to support continuous improvement
* Managing logistics such as venue bookings, suppliers and branded merchandise
* Maintaining our marketing calendar, brand assets, templates and marketing materials
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline
* 1-3 years' experience in a B2B marketing, digital or event coordination role (or equivalent internships/placements)
* Working knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools
* Strong writing, editing and proofing skills with attention to detail and Australian English usage
* High level of organisation, reliability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable capabilities include:
* Understanding of SEO, GA4 and analytics dashboards
* Experience updating websites (WordPress or Shazamme) and using tools such as Canva
* Awareness of accessibility, privacy and brand compliance standards
* Interest in improving marketing efficiency through automation, AI or improved use of digital tools
