This position is an essential part of a specialist DNA Testing company's team. The main goal is to ensure the delivery of an efficient and accurate service to customers. This role involves but not limited to:
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and managing email correspondence.
• Registering new cases on a daily basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with a degree or excellent administrative experience. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial. Applicants must be competent in Microsoft applications and IT systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills are required for this role.
