About the Role
Based at our Lorna Jane HQ in Eagle Farm, this exciting position has become available for someone who is passionate about Active Living and building a community of Lorna Jane ambassadors to amplify the relationship between Lorna Jane and our social community.
The Promotions and Partnerships Manager will manage the brand positioning strategies through scouting and negotiation of marketing partnerships to drive brand growth, community connection, and overall brand positioning.

- Actively researching and connecting the brand with aligned prospective partnerships, ensuring all collaborations support Lorna Jane's brand positioning objectives.
- Creating pathways as part of a larger PR strategy to introduce Lorna Jane to new prospective clients/partnerships.
- Analysing the market and proactively developing, executing and reviewing strategies to continually evolve and develop competitive brand offerings.
- Effectively manage incoming traffic on enquiries, ensuring external parties are provided with a responsive, brand aligned experience.
- Offering recommendations and calculated proposals to the social media and Influencer Marketing Manager on key initiatives to continue to grow brand awareness within the community and ignite ongoing relationships.
- Identify, and outreach to third party partners for collaboration, and brand exposure.
- Negotiate placement and product exposure to deliver earned media KPIs.
- Ideate and direct end-to-end event needs for the company, including media and influencer events and digital and physical community events.
- Source, book and liaise with third party partnerships to deliver events including venue, catering and styling needs.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- Demonstrated experience in pitching to external partners, founders and media.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop current content ideas and grasp future trends
- Effective stakeholder engagement and ability to build strong relationships & partnerships.
- Results orientated - you are hungry for success and hold yourself accountable
