Clinical Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of resident care needs
* Facilitate and coordinate admissions processes for new residents
* Provide strategic leadership and promote collaboration among clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care
* Support and work cohesively with the clinical care and allied health teams
* Review and oversee resident care needs and outcomes
* Monitor and minimize clinical risks, meeting established quality KPIs
* Identify changes in resident care needs to inform AN-ACC classification and funding
* Develop and enhance clinical capabilities of the clinical care team
* Investigate and review clinical incidents
Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration (Essential)
* Postgraduate qualifications (Desirable)
* Leadership experience (Desirable)
* Aged Care experience (Desirable)
