The Compliance and Quality Officer will be responsible for ensuring the organization's quality management systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with relevant legislation and standards. The role involves auditing quality systems, aligning processes across departments, and implementing accreditation standards as needed.

Duties:
">
* Audit timetable management: liaising with external auditors, creating timetables of events with relevant managers, booking rooms, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
">
* Providing information to the organization regarding requirements to meet accreditation standards.
">
* Assisting in creating and delivering training required to meet accreditation standards.
">
* Updating organizational policy and processes to meet changes in the requirements of relevant legislation and peak bodies.
">
* Assisting in developing the organization's continuous quality improvements through project management processes, including consultation and reporting.
">
* Maintaining a high level of consistency and accountability when actioning scheduled tasks in Logi QC.
">
* Assisting in managing and monitoring quality compliances for the organization and identifying processes to raise the usage and quality of the system.
">
* Attending and participating in team-based meetings and workplace activities.
">
* Creating and maintaining project documentation as required, including recording of risks and issues.
">
* Providing service delivery in line with the team's Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a key focus on customer service.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess a Diploma of higher-level qualification in Workplace Health and Safety/Business/Administrative field or similar, along with at least 3 years' experience with Accreditation processes for HSQF, AGPAL, NDIS, ISO, Aged Care, or another relevant standard. Demonstrated ability or experience in arranging accreditation audits is essential.
