Role Overview
The Business Manager is responsible for the business management of the organisation. This includes, but not limited to, financial management, human resources, procurement, audits and evaluations and ongoing business and centre improvement.
The Business Manager is part of the organisation’s Management Team, works directly to the Chief Executive Officer and assisted by the Administration Team, bookkeeper and accountant. The role supports Board reporting including for the Finance, Risk and Audit Board Committee and Employee Relations Board Committee, budget development, financial monitoring and risk management.
