We're Hiring: Interaction Designer (APS6 Equivalent)

What you'll be doing
* Design end-to-end user journeys across digital products and services
* Create and test prototypes based on user research and evidence
* Facilitate user-centred design and design thinking workshops
* Interpret NPS and customer satisfaction insights
* Work collaboratively in an Agile delivery team
* Evaluate design options with consideration for security, usability, accessibility, and performance
What we're looking for
* Strong experience in interaction and UX design (APS6 level)
* Proven ability to run UX labs and workshops
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Australian citizenship (mandatory)
* Ability to obtain
Baseline Security Clearance
Nice to have
* UI/UX or related tertiary qualifications
* Hands-on experience with common UX/UI tools
* Strong organisation and time-management skills

We are offering a Joining Bonus $1000 and a referral of $1000. This is not a remote role, and we are looking for an Australian citizen with a Baseline Security clearance.
