Key Responsibilities:

* Promote Excellence: Leverage global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold reputation for excellence.
* Grow Talent: Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build resilient, future-ready team.
Requirements:
* Deep experience working with Department of Defence, particularly within Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services.
* Strong network and market reputation backed by proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
