Purpose of the Role
* Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of merchandisers
* Drive in-store execution and merchandising excellence
* Build strong customer relationships and engagement with regional stores, local vendors and distributors
* Champion safety and compliance across your area
* Use data and insights to influence outcomes and drive performance
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1–3 years' experience in a field sales/retail role, ideally in FMCG
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees including management
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
* A passion for people, performance and continuous improvement
