The Position:

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to step into the pivotal role of Team Administrator for Team PK, led by Ray White South Australia's #1 Principal, Peter Kiritsis. As Team Administrator, you'll play a central role in the smooth running and day-to-day success of a high-performing team, providing the behind-the-scenes support that ensures our clients receive the exceptional service and outstanding results Team PK is known for.

This role is ideal for someone with initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a seamless client experience. Whether you come from a real estate background or another professional services environment, what matters most is your ability to combine efficiency, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Your duties will include:


• Managing communication with clients, stylists & tradespeople


• Handling administrative tasks from appraisal through to property settlement


• Drafting and preparing sales contracts, addendums, and agency agreements


• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for listings


• Notifying vendors about their inspection schedules and timelines


• Preparing Auction and Open Inspection materials


• Coordinating settlements, including gifts and keys for buyers and vendors


• Creating and sending sales proposals and pre-listing kits on behalf of the team


• Supporting the execution of the team's business plan and strategic goals


• Managing calendars and schedules across the team


• Tracking and driving KPIs


• Assisting with field tasks such as letterbox drops, brochures, signage, and client gifts

Ideally you will be/have:

* Previous experience in real estate is a distinct advantage, however not essential;
* Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;
* A role model of great customer service;
* Fully conversant with technology applications as well as very adaptable to learn the leading edge Ray White technology platform;
* Ability to co-ordinate a range of administrative tasks at any one time;
* Competent in attending to all facets of the administration responsibilities of the office, assisting the business owners to implement good sound systems and procedures to stream line business processes;
* Capable of exceptional database management; and
* Experienced in multi-tasking and highly organised.

* The ability to work both independently and in a small team; High attention to detail;
* Ability to follow instructions;
* Accuracy and attention to detail;
* Computer skills, typing speed and ability to learn quickly;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Very high levels of personal presentation;
* A self starter with a 'can do' attitude;
* An outgoing personality;
* Previous experience in administration, customer service and using a variety of software programs
