Occupational Therapist Job Overview

* Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills and be able to assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate unique treatment goals for each participant.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
* Experience in delivering person-centred occupational therapy services is highly valued.
* A minimum of 2 years' clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation, and/or paediatrics is required.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector is desired.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
* A valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle are mandatory.
* The ability to work independently is expected.
