The Role
As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, your goal is to create an engaging shopping environment that enhances store success and profitability. You will design visually captivating displays, support store management in maintaining visual standards, and coach the team to uphold high visual standards aligned with our brand vision. Your responsibilities include:
1. Executing creative in-store displays, including windows and mannequins, reflecting the brand vision
2. Analyzing reports to make data-driven decisions on store layout and product merchandising
3. Supporting the management team to maintain visual standards across all departments
4. Inspiring and coaching staff to deliver a world-class customer experience
