Ecommerce Coordinator
, where you'll play a key role in executing campaigns, supporting channel growth, and driving performance across our online platforms.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Chief of Ecommerce, and Head of Digital to support email marketing, campaigns, website initiatives, and performance channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Email Marketing
: Assist in creating and managing campaigns, flows, and automations in Klaviyo.
* Website Campaigns & Promotions
: Help plan, launch, and optimise onsite campaigns and promotional activity to drive engagement and sales.
* Channel Support
: Provide support across affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and other digital channels as directed by our Head of Digital.
* Performance Tracking
: Monitor campaign performance, pull reports, and share insights to support optimisation.
* Website Management
: Assist with content updates and site changes to ensure an engaging customer journey and smooth functionality.
* Industry Awareness
: Stay across digital marketing trends and bring forward fresh ideas to enhance our campaigns.
Key Qualifications
* Location:
Applicants must be based in Canberra.
* Education
: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* Experience
: 1-2 years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience essential (freelance or junior role welcomed)
* Email Design & Execution
: Ability to design, build, and test emails in Klaviyo (or similar platforms), with an eye for layout, branding and copywriting.
* Creative Skills
: Basic design capability (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) to create on-brand assets for emails and website campaigns.
* Digital Marketing Tools
: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager, Shopify, or similar.
* Content & Communication
: Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce engaging, consumer-focused content.
* Analytical Skills
: Confidence in analysing data, identifying trends, and supporting optimisation decisions.
* Organisation & Detail
: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
* Collaboration
: A strong team player with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
