About the Opportunity We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Welders to join our team, contributing to high-quality welding projects within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for completing all aspects of welding and general works efficiently, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standard. What’s Involved Understand, accept and complete tasks in full Take ownership and respect for tools and equipment Initiate improvements to how work is done Negotiate and agree realistic timeframes, then deliver on them Understand and deliver to quality standards Hold self and others accountable, and drive improvement Understand and comply with HSE standards Hold self and others accountable Promote a 'safety first' culture by assessing risks Improve HSE performance Reduce waste You’ll Need Essential: Experience in one or more of the following: MIG (GMAW) TIG (GTAW) Stick (SMAW) Flux-cored (FCAW) White Card Capable of performing work in a safe and acceptable manner Read and interpret technical drawings Work to strict codes and tolerances Possesses good time management skills and ability to meet targets set by the supervisor Desirable: Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (MEM30319 or equivalent) Why Join Us?
