Assist with, and create and execute high-quality test artefacts such as requirements matrices, test cases, defects etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
Work with a coach and/or mentor and receive on-the-job training on manual testing.
Maintain documentation to support test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test team.
Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the test team and the ICT Division, business, and operational areas with support from the team.
Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the test team and its benefits across the organisation
Contribute, where possible, limited technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to the test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
