What you'll be doing:
You'll be hands-on with structural design and project delivery, but with a real seat at the table.
Based in the Sunshine Coast, you'll partner closely with the senior civil engineer and office manager to grow the newest branch of a well-established firm. You'll have influence over everything, including structural and technical decisions, team dynamics, and business growth strategy.
You'll run projects end-to-end, liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.
You'll identify opportunities to win repeat and new work, supported by a strong regional reputation.
You'll help shape the office, from workflow systems to mentoring juniors and helping recruit the next hires.
