About the role
The Business Development Lead – Bathroom Life is responsible for identifying, developing and driving customer growth across both Builder and Renovator accounts. This role will drive growth through acquiring new customers, developing existing relationships and delivering expert service on our brand and product portfolio, by achieving personal sales targets and strategic deliverables. The Business Development Lead champions Reece's customer‐first mindset, identifying and converting opportunities to grow market share through collaboration and engagement. This role works across specified Bathroom Life branches (assigned based on growth potential) to identify strong sales leads, nurturing and engaging them through the sales funnel to opportunity conversion and amplify Reece's brand presence in the bathroom space. The Business Development Lead is responsible for influencing specification by promoting Reece's key brands and product ranges with extensive customer engagement activity at every stage of the sales funnel. This role will work closely with Marketing, Merchandising and across the Operations network to develop and execute robust engagement plans, establishing Reece as the first‐choice preference, developing new opportunities for the Reece network and in turn creating customers for life.
