Your New Role
You will build and retain our licenced park network for G'day Parks & Discovery Parks. Drive growth, deliver exceptional support, and boost sales, rewards programmes, operational improvements & strong management. Represent our brands with excellence.
* Develop and manage licensee relationships whilst attracting new parks to the network
* Drive Rewards Membership growth through point-of-sale initiatives
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
* Participate in state and national industry events, G'day Parks and Discovery Parks brands
* Provide competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends and products
Your Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing or Communications with proven, sales and business development experience
* Strong-builder with senior-level negotiation skills to engage corporate stakeholders effectively
* Strategic thinker with customer-centric analytical capabilities and solid business forecasting expertise
* Technologically savvy self operates multiple programmes independently with time management
* Outstanding communication intelligence and ability to interpret member needs and drive satisfaction
