About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to older adults, managing complex medical conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
* Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized care plans for patients.
* Provide leadership in the development and implementation of geriatric models of care, including orthogeriatric, cognitive assessment clinics, and rehabilitation services.
* Supervise and mentor junior doctors, registrars, and allied health professionals.
* Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance continuity of care and promote healthy aging.

Requirements:
* Registration with AHPRA as a specialist in Geriatric Medicine (or eligibility for registration).
* Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex geriatric cases and providing holistic care.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
