You'll deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, handling policy inquiries, billing, claims, and account updates in a fast-paced environment.
You will process customer transactions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining high standards of communication and compliance. This role includes paid training, fixed schedules, and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide knowledgeable answers to policy and billing inquiries
* Handle complex requests (policy changes, payment processing, portal resets)
* Investigate and resolve customer concerns with agents, vendors, and mortgage companies
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with privacy/security guidelines
* Address escalated issues related to rate increases or policy changes
* Support customers via phone, live chat, SMS, email, and social media
Candidate Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (high-volume preferred)
* Ability to type at least 30 WPM
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, remote environment
Preferred
* Spanish fluency (written and spoken)
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $17.25–$21.00/hourstate-specific rates: $21.00 in CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA;$19.25 in NV, OR, AZ, CO, TX, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, etc.;$17.25 in UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV
