The role will be based across multiple education projects in Western Sydney, with a preference for candidates who come from a carpentry background.The RoleYou will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.
This position suits a proactive leader who can manage subcontractors, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain programme and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all site activities on education projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager Ensure strict compliance with WHS, quality, and site regulations Drive project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets About You Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor Carpentry trade background preferred Previous experience on education or institutional projects highly regarded Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills What's on Offer Immediate contract starting October 6-month+ duration with potential for extension Competitive daily rate Opportunity to work with a reputable builder on education sector projects
