Senior Digital Project Lead
The University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to manage the delivery of critical digital projects that enhance the safety, reliability, and integrity of our ecosystem.

* Lead the delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business needs, and approved project plans;
* Manage project risks, governance, and reporting to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder confidence;
* Coordinate and integrate technical, operational, and organisational change requirements to support successful delivery and adoption;
* Built and maintain effective relationships across the organisation, providing clear communication, expert guidance, and well-informed recommendations;

Key Responsibilities
* Postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in digital project delivery, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise;
* Demonstrated experience leading complex digital initiatives involving integration, risk management, and organisational change;
* Strong analytical capability, ideally with experience in enterprise systems;
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate diverse teams, and foster collaborative partnerships across an organisation;
* Experience managing vendors, contracts, and procurement processes, including familiarity with standard frameworks;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to convey complex information, influence effectively, and build trusted relationships;
* Knowledge of relevant frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, TOGAF, PRINCE2, and Six Sigma;
