Role Overview
As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth deployment and management of our internal and external tech infrastructure. You will work on building production-ready code, enhancing networking infrastructure, and providing solutions to technical challenges across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in deploying production-ready software, ensuring smooth integration and operation across cloud-based and on-premise systems.
* Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of networking infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
* Contribute to building and automating CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development-to-deployment process.
* Help troubleshoot technical issues and assist development teams in resolving production-related challenges.
* Monitor system performance and assist in optimizing IT infrastructure for enhanced scalability and uptime.
* Document systems, configurations, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.
* A Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* IT Infrastructure Management : Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs, to maintain secure and scalable systems.
* Deployment & CI/CD : Experience in deploying production-ready code and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and seamless deployment.
* Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for system deployment and management.
* System Monitoring & Optimization : Ability to monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for better efficiency and uptime.
* Troubleshooting : Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to networking, deployment, and systems.
* Documentation : Ability to create clear and concise documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
