They will be responsible for managing subcontract packages, including tendering, contract preparation, and progress claims.
The successful applicant will also assist with the administration of projects, including cash flow forecasting, variation status, and contractual matters.

Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
* Experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Able to operate autonomously using initiative and sound reasoning.
