About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to lead, coach and support our Workforce Australia Services teams across various locations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations to achieve successful delivery of the Workforce Australia Services Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems to ensure compliance with contracts managed at each site and organisational policies.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative strategies to support long-term unemployed customers into sustainable employment.
* Assist the Regional Manager with development and implementation of strategic activities to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region (ER).
* Achieve financial budgets and monitor and achieve KPIs across multiple contracts.
* Drive and engage positive staff performance, including implementing improvement plans to support underperforming staff.
* Manage the physical infrastructure of each office and be responsible for the security of each site, including opening and closing procedures.
* Manage adequate operational staffing levels at all times while balancing effective leave liability.

* The ability to contribute to the development and ongoing monitoring of Employment Services Risk Management and Business Plans.
