About Your New Role
As a Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants, keeping both sides happy while maximizing property value. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.
* Oversee all aspects of property operations.
* Provide exceptional tenant service, promptly addressing inquiries.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
* Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and maintenance issues.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
* Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts.
* Maintain meticulous records (property status, financials, contracts).
* Liaise with property owners, providing regular reports.
* Assist with rent collection, financial records, and budget preparation.
* Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
What You Will Need
* Certificate IV in Real Estate practice (or ability to obtain)
* A Valid Drivers Licence
* Previous experience in property management desirable
