We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Leader to work with us at one of our client motels in Rutherford NSW.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining the motel's cleaning and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas.
* Checking cleaned rooms behind the Room Attendants to ensure the motel's cleaning standards are being met.
* Assisting and liaising with our Head of Operations with staff training, staff refresher training, keeping record of onsite toolbox talks and keeping the senior management team updated with operations onsite.
* Rostering staff and reporting issues to the senior management team so they can liaise with the motel.
* Being willing and able to clean a set amount of rooms each day.
Requirements
* Must live in the Rutherford/Maitland NSW area or surrounding suburbs and be able to commute easily.
* Minimum availability: 5 days per week; must work on weekends and public holidays during high volume periods.
* Experience in motel and/or hotel housekeeping is required.
* Reliable, customer‐focused, and able to work in a team workplace.
* Must have permission to work in Australia.
