- Develops a structured change management approach and methodology for the people-facing changes caused by projects
- Leads development and implementation of a change management strategies based on awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change
- Works with the 'Head of' the Domain and the Domain Leadership Team to identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance and provides strategic advice and guidance to mitigate or address the concerns
- Continuously monitors change readiness in business and develops relevant interventions
- Provides strategic leadership and input into change impact assessment and training needs analysis
- Develops a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including an engagement and communication plan, and training plan - for each identified project
- Conducts readiness assessments, evaluates results, and presents findings in a logical and easy to understand manner
- Provides proactive coaching to and builds change capability in executive leaders
- Creates and enables reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success
- Builds relationships with communication, training, and HR specialists to enable and encourage collaboration
- Collaborate and consult with key Domain stakeholders to understand the upcoming challenges and impacts
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across the business, including with members of the teams, key partners and Domain stakeholders
- Developing cooperative working relationships and an effective network of internal stakeholders, in the context of a large and complex organisational structure, in order to remove silos and drive the outcomes of the Digital Strategy
- Maintaining visibility and understanding of the breadth of the Domain in order to identify challenges and opportunities for change management across the portfolio
