Business Administrator Role
This is a part-time role that offers flexibility regarding days and hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Compiling tenders, overseeing contract preparation and monitoring project progress.
* Managing employment tasks in collaboration with the Director, including hiring, onboarding, training, and leave.
* Managing financial data, preparing reports, and managing payroll and superannuation contributions.
* Contributing to business promotion and marketing efforts.
* Providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have experience in business administration, although experience in the urban planning field is not essential.
