About the role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Homelands Property in Cygnet, Tasmania. As a Sales Associate, you will assist the senior sales representative, Amber Leighton and as such, play a crucial role in helping customers in multiple aspects of the sale. This is a full-time position, offering a salary with excellent opportunities for growth.
What you'll be doing
1. Assist Amber Leighton with all aspects of the selling process
2. Preparing property for sale and settlement
3. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, such as property descriptions and photographs
4. Conduct building inspections and presettlement inspections
5. Maintain detailed records and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
6. Provide exceptional customer service

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
3. Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
5. A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to provide the best possible service to clients
6. A valid real estate licence or the ability to obtain one
