We are partnering with an Australian infrastructure organisation that operates in a fast-moving and evolving industry.
Job Summary
This newly created role will support the execution of their Corporate Communications program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving a project to deliver a new website and enhance channel communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the development and delivery of the new external website, collaborating with IT & Technology and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Internal and external stakeholder management and integrate feedback into UX and website architecture.
3. Website content creation aligned with customer personas and regulatory requirements.
4. Execute and manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
5. Track and analyze consumer behaviors and trends to inform channel communications.
6. Agency and supplier relationships for project delivery.
About the Role:
The role presents several challenges including aligning website delivery with enterprise-wide strategic pillars, integrating emerging AI technologies, managing stakeholder relationships, and staying abreast of the evolving digital landscape.
What You Need:
* Knowledge of current digital trends and omni-channel digital campaigns.
* Management experience in website development.
* Experience in content strategy, website management, and user-centered design with DXPs or CMSs, website analytics tools, and SEO/SEM.
* Writing skills and ability to tailor content to audience needs.
* Experience managing external agencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Part-time Project Role:
Circa 20-25 hours per week.
