Sanitair Australia, the nation's leading specialist in air conditioning cleaning and sanitising, is seeking an exceptional Office Administration Officer for our Tweed Heads South Head Office. As the heart of our national operations supporting over 65 franchises, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly and efficiently.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our franchise network, overseeing bookings, compliance, data accuracy, logistics and a wide range of administrative tasks. Our office is fast-paced, structured and values initiative, detail and superior organisational skills.
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
· Handle a busy switchboard, fielding client calls and enquiries with professionalism
· Coordinate bookings and national logistics across multiple time zones
· Maintain accurate data records, generate reports and support compliance tasks for management
· Manage national stock control and monitor inventory for seamless distribution
· Liaise directly with state and national clients, providing high-level administrative support
· Support continual improvement by assisting with updating policies and refining processes
About You
· Demonstrated experience in office administration is essential
· Franchise operations experience is highly sought-after but not required if your administrative and organisational skills are exceptional
· Superior organisational and multitasking abilities, able to maintain structure and efficiency under pressure
· Sharp attention to detail and proven high-level data entry accuracy
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Confident using office software, adept at managing high call volumes
· Motivated, reliable and able to work independently in a busy environment with a positive attitude.
· Current drivers license and vehicle (mandatory)
