Administrative Assistant Opportunity with the State Government

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to internal and external correspondence in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records and documents while utilizing software such as Ellipse and Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrate initiative and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers to improve existing processes.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and basic accounts knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to start immediately and adapt to changing priorities
